## Who is behind it
 
Articles and answers are published under Brian L., Co-Founder & Product Developer, 321 STRONG of 321 STRONG.
            The product experience, the positions we take and the topics we cover are his. He is
            not a doctor, physical therapist or certified trainer, and nothing here is medical

## How AI is used
 
We use AI to draft. It works from our own product knowledge, customer questions and
            the research we cite, following a detailed brief that fixes the structure, the voice
            and what may and may not be claimed. The draft is not published as it arrives.

   
## What is checked before publishing
 
- **Research.** Every study we cite has to exist in our citation library and match the claim it is attached to. A reference the AI invents is removed automatically, and the page is blocked if a citation cannot be verified.
- **Claims.** Health and product claims are checked against a written policy. Overstated recovery claims are rejected outright.
- **Language.** A dictionary of empty AI phrasing is applied, so pages that read like filler do not publish.
- **Duplication.** A page too close to one we already have is retired and redirected to the original instead of published.
- **Structure.** Minimum depth, a direct answer, key takeaways and a working product link are all required.
 
These checks are automated. When a page fails one, it does not go live and a task is
            opened for it.

   
## Corrections
 
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it. Use our
[contact page](/contact). Pages carry the date they were published and the
            date they last changed, and we only update that second date when the page itself
            actually changed.

We sell foam rollers and recovery tools. Product links point to our own listings on
            Amazon, and we earn money when you buy. Ratings shown on our product pages are the
            ratings those listings carry on Amazon.
