I tried every exercise I could.I had a recent appointment with my ortho and mentioned the problem and he suggested a good foam roller.I ordered this one, received it in days and have been using it for about a week now. I can't believe how much pain relief I've already gotten? I only wished I had talked to him months ago. Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2026 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RGQ0ETD7JDERK/) ★★★★★ Original Body Roller Amazon review Though it is a lot smaller in size than I thought, it does the job in helping relieve the tension in the lower back. It's also great to use on legs to help ease leg muscles. It's very durable, has been used a handful of times now, and hasn't broken or shown any breakage. Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2026 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RPW1HFELM13XU/) ★★★★★ Premium Massage Roller Amazon review I recently suffered a lower back muscle spasm, and my physiatrist recommended using a medium-density foam roller as part of my recovery and stretching routine. After doing some research, I decided to purchase the 321 Strong Foam Roller — and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. The medium density is absolutely perfect. It’s firm enough to provide effective deep tissue pressure, but not overly aggressive, which was especially important while recovering from my lower back issue. It helps release tension, improve mobility, and reduce soreness without causing unnecessary discomfort.I now use it consistently for both pre- and post-workout stretching, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in muscle flexibility and recovery time. It works great on my lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and legs overall. The textured surface really helps target tight spots and trigger points.Another big plus is its durability — it keeps its shape even after frequent use and feels very well made.If you’re dealing with muscle tightness, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your warm-up and recovery routine, I highly recommend this foam roller. It’s a simple tool that makes a big difference. — Kevin Martinez Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2026 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R347U2G088YW4M/) ★★★★★ Original Body Roller Amazon review Works great for rolling out, if you’re looking for a wider roller make sure to measure as this one isn’t too long at all but perfect for me to save space. Has a very cute sparkly, turquoise finish as well! I just need to use it more, gets the back and hips wonderfully. Best purchase ever!!! Not to harsh but harsh enough it gets in there and applies pressure in such a good way if your muscles are sore it'll hurt so good as they say lol ONLY con is i do wish they made these things wider without the huge price difference but it hit all the spots I wanted with slight adjustments to my position on the roller (moving or leaning slightly to one side or the other worked for me) if you're a large guy you may want something wider though if your trying to get your whole back at once without having to shift around Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2025 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RSIH8TV1SAW0V/) ★★★★★ Premium Massage Roller Amazon review Great Back Stretcher! This roller is great for stretching out your back. I roll up and down it to help with my back when it tightens up. It is firm but the outer foam is not as firm so it feels comfortable to roll on, not stiff at all. — Laura Marreel Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2025 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R341H3HPKFSQUF/) ★★★★★ GIMME 10 Amazon review This foam roller has been a big help after workouts. The medium compression hits that sweet spot, it’s firm enough to release tight spots without feeling too intense. It’s easy to use for stretching, improving mobility, and working out knots in sore muscles. I’ve noticed better circulation and less stiffness when I use it regularly after exercise. The material feels durable and keeps its shape even after a lot of use. I weightlift 5x a week and this really helps cut down recovery time. It is very firm and really gets deep into my muscle tissue. Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2024 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1HOP2YBAGGVA9/) ★★★★★ Premium Massage Roller Amazon review I workout via YouTube videos at home. I have invested in a few items and I enjoy hiit workouts. My legs are the primary things that are toned and they have been getting tight. I was thinking of making an appointment to get a massage but then remembered seeing foam rollers in the background of some of the workouts I watch. I found an article that talked about different ways to use one and purchased this one as a ‘first time buyer’. It has helped tremendously. I’ve used it a couple of times on days I don’t workout and after workout. I think using it post workouts had the most benefit because it felt like my muscles were already warm and melted in to the bumps and ridges that this roller is made of. For me the size is perfect and I can fit my upper body on it or both of my legs on at the same time instead of doing one leg at a time. I put it on my little workout shelf and it looks like an official home gym scene. I also chose this based on the colors available-as I do with so many items I buy. — Jestelle Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2024 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RL60MHW6ESE18/) ★★★★★ Original Body Roller Amazon review Relief! I was so happy to receive this in the mail. I use it every night to get all the tightness out of my back and it is so relieving. It is quite firm. There is no squish factor at all like I kind of thought I was going to get, but I have no complaints. Gets the job done and helps me feel comfortable and relaxed when I have sore spots that need that deep massage relief. — Catherine Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2023 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R3BZSCAZEYLUAZ/) ★★★★★ Premium Massage Roller Amazon review This is excellent quality and super durable. It still seems brand new after years of consistent use. I expected the foam to be spongier, but it's actually for the best that it's so firm because it's easier to control. Although the spikes look a bit intimidating, the surface feels surprisingly even when I'm rolling flat, and I can also target specific spots simply by adjusting my position. By turning my torso to the side while rolling my back, I can even work the knots under my shoulder blades, which is fantastic since that's mainly why I bought this. It's also proven quite effective at relieving tightness and cramps I often experience due to Restless Legs Syndrome. Rolling my calves and thighs before bed really relaxes my legs, which helps me fall asleep much faster and wake up without soreness. My best friend owns one too and swears by it after vigorous workouts. It can even be used purely for pleasure, as the massage function feels enjoyable all around.Best of all, there are plenty of ways to utilize it regardless of one's fitness level. I have poor upper body strength but still found many easy exercises that alleviate my back and leg issues. There are tons of great guides online. I suggest securing loose clothing and long hair beforehand, and I'd also recommend starting slow and taking care not to overdo it. This is an extremely versatile and valuable tool when used in moderation, but going too long or hard, especially on a single area, can result in bruising. Once I began limiting sessions to 15 minutes, I had no further issues. My only complaint is the length. I'm a woman with a small frame, and this is the same size as my upper back from shoulder to shoulder. I struggle to stay perfectly straight while rolling my back, so I start falling off the side as soon as I become crooked. With a few extra inches of leeway, I wouldn't have to stop and reposition so often. That's just a matter of convenience though. A longer model wouldn't be any more effective, and I don't plan on replacing this one until absolutely necessary because I'm so satisfied with it otherwise. — Bunny Lava Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2023 [See live review ↗](https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RLCTASSXTDZYF/) ★★★★★ 5-in-1 Set Amazon review Great 5 in 1 Starter Set This is a great set at a great price.
